Overview
The Data Overview provides a broad visual survey of the information contained within a dataset about a specific disease. The interface contains details such as the number of cases, clinical characteristics, and the file distribution.
Access Data Overview
- Click on Data on the top navigation bar.
- Select Data Overview from the drop-down menu.
The Data Overview page is displayed, as shown below. By default, the harmonized TCGA GRCh38 dataset is displayed. Click on Legacy datasets to select alternative datasets.
